All i can say is that the integra is a great platform for auto-x and hpde's! I tracked it several times on a few tracks as well as my '99 Si i had a while ago. Great momentum cars with the ones housing VTEC getting that extra 'umph' to not lose too much speed on the straights.

i'd like to go a little bit lower and get coilovers such as the koni/gc set up.

i can definitely say this set-up is worth it. i bought mine used from Brian (Maengelito) and despite the miles on the set-up it still performed well. a picture of the ride-height i used is in the link above and even with the 500# springs on all four corners it was still fairly comfortable with the Koni's set to near-full soft.
