The skins are the worst if you factor in payroll and results commensurate to talent level.
The Rams suck cause they don't have talent and are rebuilding but their coach Spagnulo is apparently good according to the experts.
The Browns suck because they don't really have much talent but their coach Mangini is also a fucktard.
The Skins have a shit ton of talent and/or highly paid players but our coaching is retarded with sympathy points given for undermining ownership. The fact that we are mentioned with the Browns and Rams mean we suck the most.
