Toyota plans 3.8 million vehicle recal due to driver error

Aftermarket floormats caused toyota to have to do a recall... that seems kinda weird.

That incident was not cited as one of the actual events leading to the recall. It is just suspected to be connected and under investigation according to my reading.;
