the window is being fixed in the price, i think i included that in the original posting so i'm not worried about that. I'm welding my own exhaust, probably will just do an axle back to get a low burble for the sound (i like it a little quieter). my friend who is a body tech is my best friend, and is the one who helped with my motor swap, and spent 8 hrs with me trying to do my suspension on the civic. i'm not worried about getting help from him. he loves helping me, as i love helping him with his s13. and yes i know it's going to cost a lot in the long run. but, at the end of the day, it's going to be setup the way i want. not the way someone already has it setup. i love mike's car. i've only seen it in person once (when i picked up some lca's) but i'm not interested in a eg hatch. and again, it's not necessarily about the end goal for me...it's mostly about the journey there. and again, i don't want to buy one already swapped. i like the originality of the car. i don't think i'm ever going to convince anyone until it's done. so, we can continue this until the end of time, but the only thing that's going to make it stop is to see it done. as soon as i sell my car and get this car to my apt the body work is going to fly. so, thank you everyone for your warnings. i understand where everyone is coming from. if in fact, you are all so sure that i will regret it, then sit back knowing that in a couple months i'll be saying "you were all right."
