If I had gone with an already rebuilt caliper it really wouldn't be an issue as it would be a quick switch over. I was just going to rebuild my current ones and I'm not exactly sure how 'speedy' I'm going to be with it since its my first attempt at brake rebuilds. RJ's solution sounds like it will work just fine so I will try that this weekend. I appreciate all the help.
