+1: When Varley spits the puck out twice, the third time is the defense's responsibility, not Varley's.
I think, sadly, that part of this problem is Green. Green is a very talented hockey player, but I think that his goal scoring in the regular season might have altered the defensive dynamic a bit, and now they're struggling to return to convention.
I could be totally wrong, but I can't think of any other reason for Green to be standing around on the ice watching the puck slide past him.
Also, wtf is it with us losing scrums? Here's a hint guys: You don't get points for hits. It's really cool when you smack somebody, and everybody likes it, but the point is to *get the puck while the guy is moaning in pain against the glass*. If you hit him, and he skates away with the puck, you're doin' it wrong.
