Pretty much anywhere where it's cold in the winter, please still love hockey. DC has never been a hockey town and you moved even farther away from the snow so you're biased. Detroit, Buffalo, Philly, Pittsburgh, Boston... all crazy about hockey.

Welcome to the reason why the Caps are losing... their defense is plain mediocre. Varlomov saved them for several games with superhuman effort but now that he's come back down to Earth, the Pens are outscoring them. The offense is doing their job and Varlomov is still doing his job, it's the defense that will end up costing them.
