All the ports and bolt holes on the intake line up perfectly if you rotate it 180 degrees like that. Only modification necessary is you either have modify the top timing cover / throttle body to create enough clearance between the 2 or add a set of spacers between the intake and heads (available on Ebay the last time I checked) to create the necessary clearance. General maintenance parts for the motor itself (water pumps, gaskets, alternators, starters, plugs) are all available and not super expensive.
