Peter, I was the last person to leave the lot and I remember seeing your stuff lying there; however at the time I had no idea who they belonged to and I figured it being a Sunday evening they'd be safe enough to sit there until the owner came back for them (I was there until about 6)
The only people I would imagine seeing it there would be Facilities Management or Parking Services. If you'd like I could try contacting them to see if they picked up your stuff, as I notified FM they had to pick up the barriers...
