I know Rubens messed up his front wing in the first corner but I was unaware of damage to the rear diffuser. If that is the case it explains why he wasn't up to speed with Button but either way the reactions/comments from the other teams and drivers lead me to believe it is a major advantage.
In terms of money Brawn could be in trouble for sure. The Virgin sponsorship is a fairly significant and I could see Branson pouring a ton of money into this season to make sure they stay competitive. Either way, the ruling on the 14th could be a major turning point in the season.
