I can't stand working for big companies. It makes you realize that ultimately they don't give a shit about you, and there are a ton of people above you that are making WAY more than you are. They pay the 95% of the people below them the 40-85k / year they are accustomed to and those people are happy with it because they have enough to pay the bills with a little extra to store away.
The problem with big companies is that they rarely pay you what you are worth. This is what attracted me to sales in the first place.
