i'm not sure if this has already been covered somewhere, but i found this to be a little troublesome. Apple is trying too hard to control the products that they sell and no longer 'own':

I agree with the comments below and was just opening this up for discussion. How can Apple legally control devices they sell and no longer 'own'? Voiding warranties, not supporting, and the like i can understand, but going after you legally for hacking your own device? It's like being sued for putting a different video card or putting Linux as your OS on your home PC.
