the alum one? nah, we got the previous model though. Seeing that the alum one is now only $1k, I kinda wish I had it. No complaints though other than the razor sharp, wrist-slashing edges. :dunno: I don't know how they missed that. Other than the multi-tough pad.... anything else neato the alum does? How's the LED backlighting?
On a more somber note, our 800mhz G4 ibook seems to be on its death bed. I think it's all related to the power management. Has had trouble running off the battery for quite a while. So it's been doing well as a desktop/print/backup server since we got this MacBook. Now it's suddenly having big problems running off the wall adapter!
