i got a few quotes on cars like a 94 civic and 92 miata just for kicks and its 1400/6mo for the civic full coverage and 1500/6mo full coverage for the miata. a 1998 2.5rs is 1700 full coverage. i plan on getting liability on this car, so that would make it half the cost.

right now im paying 1100/6mo under my parents insurance for full coverage. im still going to be paying more with the oldest car unless i do liability
