It really sucks it is coming to all this stuff for such a small area like Hburg. I just moved to Sancar Flats this year and love living downtown, but I still see a lot of sketchy people around. (sketchy locals, not sketchy students) But haven't witnessed or heard anything bizarre since I moved in. It also helps that the whole building is locked and you must get buzzed in to enter, plus there are some indoor gated parking spots which I am able to use. Love having no frost on the windshield in the morning and keeping any sketchy drunk people from getting near my car.
All that said the place isn't exactly amazing for what I am paying (looking for a cheaper place for next year) so don't take this as me pimping Sancar or anything. It is a good example of big promises and Hburg developers being cheap just like all the others.
