The Assault Weapons Ban does not conform to the definitions handed down by the SC for DC. It would end up forcing the SC to write it out in modern day terms... which they way they wrote it, it should be clear for a life time.
They used the terms "modern" and "common." Any mag limit would not fit under common. And they used the term "modern" so that the industry defines developement, not the government.
