I've been using Freecorder (attachment to Firefox) to rip their sets occasionally.

Freecorder never worked correctly for me - said it was recording, but would have a hiccup somewhere causing the file to be unreadable halfway through the set. Having those free podcasts is so much nicer - plus you can D/L sets from a few weeks ago.
