I just bought a battery from the vienna store and got no discount

yeah, I think there are lots of things excluded. I've bought quite a few things from the Advance in C'ville that I set up a MM commercial account for and haven't gotten a discount yet. They're out of my way to get to, so I've stopped shopping there and go to one that is more convenient.
