On a side note, I do love living here. While there are many flaws with the state, I don't miss the Fascist Commonwealth of Virginia with its ridiculous property taxes, overzealous policing, and traffic (DC area). I was quite surprised to see that my total tax payout wasn't much more than what I had in Virginia (despite CA being the highest state income tax), and who can complain about perfect weather, no bugs, and the ability to see hot girls playing beach volleyball in bikinis every day?
