Finally got some pics up. Gonna be pic heavy, sorry! It's really tough for me to get good angles in a townhouse to give a feel for the space, but this one is a lot bigger than the previous one.

View from the front. Was kind of a nasty day when I took these, but this view is one of my favorite things about the townhouse. That is a non-denom church grounds across the way, so it'll likely stay that way for a long while.

Rear with garage shot. The garage is AWESOME. It's a 1 car but really it could probably be two if you moved the door over a few inches and got rid of the deck posts. There's enough space in there for more cabinets and a bike too

Basement rec area. I decided I want to install unprimered trim, stain it and give it a game parlor feel. It's not big enough for a pool table, but will be perfect for bumper pool / poker table and a bar.

That's it. Closing went surprisingly smoothly as I signed my life away. I got a killer mortgage program but paid for it with the shoddy service. I ended up writing a really nasty letter to one of the mortgage managers there, but likely nothing will come of it. I picked up a ugly green but super comfortable leather couch and recliner combo from someone off of CL tonight for $250 which was a total steal. She even gave me a free microwave she was trying to get rid of which I'll probably flip to recoup some more cash

So it begins! The end of car modding (sort of) and beginning of house modding I'm still shooting for an end of March / Early April for a housewarming throwdown, but may possibly drag it out until the end of April so I can roll my birthday into it as well. The invite is open to all of you guys for whoever can make it down, and if you're going to be in this area sooner than that you don't even need to ask, just let me know when you're going to be here and I'll make up beds for you!
