Last I checked, riding a bicycle on the road isn't illegal.

I got the impression the method in which they were riding was illegal.

bike riders around cville are suicidal. i have no problems with them being on the road, but if we're gonna share the road, we have to share the same rules. dont run stop signs or red lights when i'm coming.
