I completely agree with Andrew. Of all the claims i've made (6 through USAA auto and my motorcycle claim through progressive) the Progressive claim was the easiest by FAR. No hassel, good numbers, and a great agent.

i think they're very different, but i think it really depends on the agent, the manager, and the team for it to be a good experience.
