They took good care of JayRay, too, which I think says a lot because in his accident, he was at fault. I'll be sticking with them for a while, for sure.

I completely agree with Andrew. Of all the claims i've made (6 through USAA auto and my motorcycle claim through progressive) the Progressive claim was the easiest by FAR. No hassel, good numbers, and a great agent.

Is progressive motorcycle insurance a different group than auto insurance?

Kind of... same phone numbers, different 'team'. JayRay and I had the same case worker even though our situations were totally different. I'm sure you remember her

i think they're very different, but i think it really depends on the agent, the manager, and the team for it to be a good experience.
