well i know that with the azenis (atleast my observation on sunday) was that i drove them for about 3k miles on highway/city driving and they harden'd up a bit. Then when i took them to the auto-x they softened up by the 3rd run. I noticed a huge difference in cornering, squealing, and braking. Now i know the key to getting them up to the right temp and wear.
