Not nearly flat in T1, totally flat out.
You set up your gearing so that your bike can't power to redline in 6th. That way, when you bend in for T1 you've got some rpms to use up so you can keep the bike 'accelerating' on the smaller portion of the tire and retain stability.
Oh, and you need Deez Nuts.
