One of my buddies who was in construction with me had one, and it was a really nice truck that got the job done for him. The only thing that I personally don't like about it (aside from the looks) is the insanely short bed. If you're doing a home DIY project and have to pick up some long 2x4s or anything really large, it's going to be awkward to get them home.
As far as towing boats, my buddy tows his twin-engine Yamaha with his 07 Tundra and that thing rapes the job no prob!! If I had a lot of coin to spend and wanted to buy a non-diesel truck... that would be the one. His is hooked up with tons of comforts too, Bluetooth, nice system, 4 doors, etc.
