it took them 2 months to accept fault for claim because they "couldnt get a hold of her to get her side of the story" even though my friend had her phone #, email, permanent address, and her facebook info. state farm is now trying to screw him over with the rental car he had for 2 months which is like $3k.

Maybe this is why letting your insurance company handle the situation is better....

it could be, but it shouldnt be that way, ya know.
