The majority of time they moved the ball was because the receivers were wide open in middle of the field. Converting multiple 3rd and longs isn't because your team is playing well, it's because coverage breaks down. If the team was playing well, they wouldn't have been in 3rd and long so many times in the first place.
As Evan said, a lot of Campbell's passes were above or behind the receiver. I'm pretty sure most QBs could find the open receiver with the kind of time he got. I don't think he's super shitty, I just think today's performance was an exception to the rule.
What the Redskins did do well was protect the QB. That was part of the reason why the receivers could find the holes and the reason why Campbell looked so good. Now if they can protect him he'll certainly win games but I still don't think he's a franchise player.
