I was talking to someone recently (I forget who) and they didn't know what 'back it in' means, which reminded me of this thread, so to add a few more...
'Back it in' - Term used in motorcycle racing to describe the act of sliding the rear tire while entering a turn. The slide is typically initiated with rear brake and is the preferred technique in dirt track racing but is often used in the higher horsepower formulas of road racing.
Low Percentage Move - A pass attempt that has little chance of success. Usually takes the form of someone trying to make a pass after the lead vehicle has already turned in. Often results in crashes. See also: optimistic pass and banzai move/pass
Block Pass - A pass where the overtaker prevents the other car from turning in by positioning themselves next to the lead vehicle at turn in and turning in late, thereby forcing the passed vehicle to turn in later than what they would have liked.
Tow - When a pursuing vehicle gets behind a another vehicle and gets in its aerodynamic wake thereby reducing drag and giving the trailing vehicle additional speed. See also: draft, slipstream
