saw you mention mobil 1....not to try to get into a brand wars thing but i've read on BITOG that many of their blends tend to sheer down quickly due to the base composition (can't remember the correct jargon). it's almost a conspiracy theory over on NASIOC with all the EJ engines that have spun bearings with M1 5-30 :lol:
have you ever used any other brand in it? just curious.

but to answer your question, i was a big fan of dino oil before i switched ot mobil 1, but oil pressure level and stability at the end of the race is much better with mobil 1.
to be fair, the behavior i described above i think may be caused by the motor running hot so it may be an extreme case.
