funny how you didnt have any problem with filibusters back when the dems were blocking the Presidents constitutional right to appoint judges
im trying not to get sucked into this, as its clearly an issue chock full of agenda so everyone is trying to manipulate the issue, but suffice to say that it is not an issue simply of any furriner not getting habeas corpus, the root issue is enemy combatants having rights to sue our government. POWs have never, and should never, have rights to sue the country they are fighting against.
