Ha ha... I repent!
I got a reckless ticket (speeding) in madison county a day or two after the fines went into effect. Court case was today, I had hired a lawyer who took care of everything for me, even showing up in court and it was knocked down to speeding (10 over) and a $90 fine. A few points on the license but I took a driving school online so I'm still in the black. The lawyer was $900, and I think I come out ahead in the end that way - I dont think I could've gotten it reduced that far on my own, I dont have to take a day off work and drive 2 hrs each way to sit in a court room all day and no reckless ticket to hose my insurance.
So if anyone needs a lawyer, this guy was pretty good - http://www.edwardcucciaslaw.com/
