That sounds like more of a Ryan Homes thing and less of an NVR Mortgage thing... unless you're holding back some information. To say features are included when they're not and then asking you to pay for them is something that you should bring to the attention of that divisional sales manager. Just don't lose your cool and go over whoever you're dealing with's head to their boss. They don't want to lose a spec sale, so I'm sure they'll make it right. Unless you've already talked to the sales manager, and then I'm surprised that they're taking that stance. We (NVHomes) will always give the customer what was claimed by us if it's accidentally left out.
Good example: I had a marketing piece go out where our marketing company (not even us) screwed up our incentive on an event flyer and made it way too high for what we were actually doing. I sold a house to a couple who came in off of that flier and gave them that deal, even though we took a hit on our direct profit. It's the right thing to do, and most sales managers take that route.
