Its not the WRX IC, its one from a Thunderbird...

It fit perfect, so I'm tempted to fix the scoop and leave it as it is. The only reason I am really painting it is winter. Once snow and salt gets to it as bad at it is now it will rust to nothing. Also, a little paint will make it look less like a hoopty.
