Land lease housing?

I'm not too concerned about the drive - like i said, i did it at rush hour, and it was 1:15 minutes or so..i can live iwth it. This is one of the first say..i dunno, 30 houses in a neighborhood that's eventually going to have 220 according to them..I think I'll be doing pretty awesome come sell time.
