i've had good luck with Allstate insurance. and as Rex mentioned, it's probably a better idea to just keep the emmisions stuff. unless you're making huge power a properly matched cat isn't gonna hurt anything IMO. also, i've ridden in catless cars and the smell is awful, i'd have a headache from it everyday if i had to deal with that
