No police reports in CA are issued unless somebody is injured. Officer was pretty clear to acknowledge that she was at fault (I was going straight through a green light). Unfortunately for the insurance companies, that means more work for pointing fingers, but I'm not concerned about who's going to come out on top here. I have to foot the bill for the rental car for the time being until her insurance company takes over the reimbursement process.
