some good starters:

get you some - "go get you some beer"
might could - "i might could go get you some beer"
yonder - "i might could go get you some beer down yonder"
that there - "i might could go get you some beer down yonder in that there bar"
vehicle - always call your car a vehicle. "get on up in my vehicle and we'll go get some beer"
do what - substitue for "what did you say?"
yeah boy - substitute for "that's cool" or as acknowlegdment. draw out the "yeah"

learned these over 3 summers doing landscaping work in salem. my boss and many of our clients really talked like this. although i am fluent, i haven't used it in a while but i can still rattle off some red as hell sentences.
