I must have missed something.
All I have to say is that the Albanian's enthusiasm for Americans is selective - when I was there in early 2005 - not one person could speak English. I've travelled a great deal on my own in my lifetime and Albania was by far the most f'd up experience yet - however, I will say that it has the most untapped real estate in Europe and is an investment mecca waiting to happen.
