58] People who can't stop AT the stop bar when waiting for a light. Do they think they're going to get there a half-car-length faster by sitting out past the line? Or is their intent just REALLY to screw everyone else over by partially blocking everyone's view and/or making a turn through the intersection more challenging? :evil:
