I think you need to fix your form but it's hard to tell from that picture. Maybe bring them up and to the outside. Could also be a result of your leathers not fitting properly.

Why I noticed: because I do/did the same thing and I didn't pick up on it early enough and I ground off one of the velcro tabs on my puck and started wearing into the leather. One side of my puck had plenty of plastic left the other was nearly gone. For me I *think* it's a combination of things - not perfect form, not particularly flexible anymore (which doesn't help with the former), and my leathers are for someone taller so my pucks hang low.

Like my balls.

So anyway, as you do more kneedragging, just keep an eye out for it. Cheaper to fix form and replace pucks than replace leathers.
