95bhp over stock is not bad on a stock block, it's probably very conservatively tuned. Which would be ideal for the average go fast crack head.
I'm going to go on a limb and say that the 1100hp version had a built LS7 with different compression and internals / head studs. I mean that is a lot of power for no nitrous and probably no meth injection (they probably ran race gas through it for that run though). Another thought is that those two turbos could be completely maxed out. Who knows.
