The Exige S is going for over 60K - I got this S/C Elise with some extra goodies for $37K. Like I said, it was a deal that I couldn't pass up.

A friend of mine was trying to get me to pick up a 03-04 Z06, but to be honest, I'm tired of spending ridiculous amounts of money on consumables (tires and brake pads). 275 RA1s for my Z were $1320 mounted at Radial, and front brake pads were $250. I can't imagine spending more for wider tires - it gets old really fast. With the Elise I can probably get a year out of RA1s at a much more reasonable price (~$850). Now I just need StopTech to develop a set of 2-piece OEM-size rotors for me...
