Yeah... There are 2 examples...
Lady 1: Mid 30s, art history major, worked at a "QA job" for five years before this. Computer idiot (can't share folders), video idiot...
Lady 2: 30ish, no college, no QA experience, but has used our software as a customer for a couple years.
Me: 25, computer science major, lead the team.
