Well... that has changed. He didn't care when I told him that it was bullshit. Now that I'm threatening to leave? Boss' boss says he'll talk to HR in three weeks (he's busy with other things).
So now... do I wait three weeks to see what happens? The deployment position isn't going anywhere.
