Clearly, however there are 12yr olds that can drive the piss out of cars, but if they touch the street, illegal. I'm just worried about someone making the argument that dad shouldn't leave loaded weapons lying around the home with a small child there, that too is illegal.
It's pretty clear that there are people, if they didn't have a CCW and gun on them would also be dead, that doesn't stop fucking idiots from trying to take those away from us too :roll:
