Ask what kind of cars they've tuned, and ask what kind of training the dyno tuner has had - if all he does is spin the dynojet and get you close enough in the a/f ratios then look elsewhere. Getting the ignition timing mapped correctly is where the power and reliability is.
IMHO, look for a shop that has a dynapack or mustang dyno.
