I'm the opposite, I've officially given up on PC gaming. There are some amazing games out for the PC, but it's really annoying to have to constantly upgrade it to get the most out of each game. Plus, PCs just tend to go downhill constantly in reliability and speed, whereas my 360 is as fast as it was the day I bought it. The fact that the 360 connects to XBOX Live like Mike said allows you to download patches to every game you own, play with people across the world like you can on a PC, etc. etc.
Every time a new game came out on the PC I always felt like I had to spend a couple hundred bucks to upgrade the hardware to make it look / play as good / fast as it should. With every game that I've bought that has come out for the 360, I have been blown away by the speed, quality of graphics, and playability (XBOX Live).
