another point that i learned over time is that you cannot drive sunday morning like you did saturday evening. the track is much cooler, probably has dew or condensation on it and your brain is just waking up instead of on overdrive like the day before. its good to slow yourself down and recall everything you learned the previous day slowly, then work on more stuff after that.
