What about leaders of a motorsports club that can't afford... well... motorsports?

Why join in the first place? And in the second place why be an OFFICER???

I'm very sorry I was elected at one point. I'm very sorry that my financial situation wasn't as conducive to motorsports as yours was... or rather as much as you'd like an officer's to be.
