I told you one of the ballasts are bad, you even said yourself that the guy told you one got moisture in it. I havent had time to try to look for you, but with how cheap those HID kits are now these days, itll cost ya less just to get a new set

Forgot the halogen HID set, and do a real HID retrofit.
